Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been handed over to the shipping company.

Partial Delivery & Exchanges You can request a size or color exchange within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting us via WhatsApp or reaching out to customer service.
Package Inspection Policy We have absolute trust in the quality of our products ❤️. You are welcome to open your package before making a payment to ensure the size and color perfectly match what you ordered. If there is any discrepancy, you can refuse the delivery or return the item immediately with the courier.
Returns for Defects or Errors If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, Abdelhady Homewear will cover all shipping and return costs. For exchanges or returns for other reasons, the customer is only responsible for the shipping fees.
Order Cancellation Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
