How to Find Your Perfect Bra Size
Wearing the right bra size makes all the difference in comfort and confidence. Studies show over 80% of women wear the wrong size — but finding yours is simpler than you think.
Step 1: Measure Your Band Size
Using a soft measuring tape, measure snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
- Round to the nearest even number (e.g. 74 cm → 75, 76 cm → 75 or 80).
Step 2: Measure Your Cup Size
Measure around the fullest part of your bust (at nipple level). Subtract your band measurement from this number:
- 0–1 cm difference = AA cup
- 2–3 cm = A cup
- 4–5 cm = B cup
- 6–7 cm = C cup
- 8–9 cm = D cup
- 10–12 cm = DD/E cup
Step 3: Do the Fit Test
Put on your bra on the middle hook. A well-fitting bra should:
- Have a band that sits horizontally across your back
- Have straps that stay in place without digging in
- Have cups that fully contain the breast with no spillage or gaps
- Have a center gore (front panel) that lies flat against your sternum
Common Fit Problems & Fixes
- Band rides up: Go down a band size, up a cup size
- Straps digging in: Band is too loose — try a smaller band
- Cup spillage: Go up a cup size
- Gaps in cups: Go down a cup size
- Center gore not flat: Cup size is too small
